Gran Hotel Son Net Welcomes Chef Cristian Coll
Chef Christian Coll Garcia recently returned to his home island from Australia with an infusion of fresh ideas for Majorcan ingredients. He now oversees all of the food and beverage at Gran Hotel Son Net, including the stylish restaurant Oleum housed within a period olive press that dates back to the 17th century.
"I like to put my stamp on traditional dishes and experiment with new flavors while not compromising the freshness of the food I prepare," says Chef Coll.
